AI Email Response Assistant
Built a human-in-the-loop assistant that reads unanswered support tickets, drafts a reply with the AI support agent, and posts it as an internal suggestion for a human to review and send. Designed with deliberate two-stage safety gating and stateless deduplication so it runs on a schedule without ever auto-emailing a customer.
Multi-Agent AI Support System
Architected a production multi-agent support system for an e-commerce retailer where a supervisor model routes each customer query to specialist agents for knowledge retrieval, orders, products, compatibility, and warranty and returns, escalating to a human when needed. Combines retrieval-augmented generation over the company knowledge base with live business-data tools, deployed to a managed agent-orchestration cloud.
Artist Portfolio & Online Store
Built a portfolio site that showcases an artist's work alongside a fully integrated store for direct sales. Pairing a refined gallery experience with a frictionless checkout strengthened online presence and opened a new revenue channel.
Automotive Fitment Reconciliation Engine
Built a data-reconciliation engine that cross-checks an industry-standard vehicle-fitment feed (ACES) against a parts manufacturer's own catalog to catch mismatched part-to-vehicle listings. It resolves each part to its equivalent product group, then compares vehicle make and model with a multi-strategy matcher (exact, normalized, and bidirectional token-subset) to classify every record as correct, questionable, or incorrect and produce a verification report, surfacing catalog data-quality errors at scale before they cause wrong-part orders and returns.
Proprietary E-Commerce Web App
Led the development and optimization of a proprietary e-commerce platform that unified product, inventory, and order management in a single system. The result streamlined day-to-day operations and automated workflows that had previously been handled manually.
Headless E-Commerce Multi-Channel Integration
Connected a headless e-commerce platform to multiple marketplace APIs, enabling seamless multi-channel selling from a single source of truth. Engineered the underlying commerce infrastructure for scalability and consistent performance under load.
Multi-Marketplace Catalog Automation
Created an automation platform that reconciles product data across many online marketplaces and regenerates upload-ready feeds, mass-produces per-product documents such as safety sheets and compatibility tables in parallel, and uses computer-vision image matching to detect duplicate catalog photos. Turned slow, manual catalog operations into repeatable pipelines.
E-commerce Order & Shipment Data Sync
Built scheduled data-sync services that pull orders, shipments, and returns from marketplace vendor APIs and a legacy order-management database, then upsert them into a cloud database an AI support system queries in real time. Includes OAuth integration, incremental syncs, retries, and process-locking to prevent overlapping runs.
RAG Knowledge-Base Pipeline
Developed an end-to-end retrieval pipeline that crawls a company's website, scores and chunks the content, generates embeddings, and ingests them into a vector database that powers an AI support agent's answers. Handles sitemap discovery, relevance filtering, batched embeddings, retries, and progress tracking.
Interactive Reporting Dashboard
Built an interactive reporting dashboard that turns raw data into clear, intuitive visualizations. The tool puts key business metrics within easy reach, giving decision-makers the insight to act with confidence.
Sales Order Item Substitution Tool
Built a full-stack internal web tool that lets operations staff swap item numbers across a customer's open sales orders in a legacy order-management system, replacing error-prone manual database edits. Users pick a customer, select one or more open orders, review each order's line items, and submit all substitutions in a single batch written directly to the ERP database, with every change recorded to an audit log. Guards limit edits to open and editable orders, and the tool ships with PDF export and an end-to-end test suite.
Supply Chain Finance Management System
Designed and delivered a supply-chain finance platform that streamlined vendor financial processes end to end. By automating manual steps across the payment lifecycle, it cut overhead and improved transaction efficiency.
